About Bess Life ND.

Welcome to the community! You can call me Bess!

Bess Life ND. strives to be an interactive community guided by yours truly. While also offering support services to those in need – bringing together both shared & unique experiences in navigating disabilities & neurodivergencies.

After accumulating a plethora of experiences (including learning to navigate NDIS services, as a late-diagnosed adult predominately navigating it alone) for the better part of 40 years – I decided to put that knowledge to good use and curate my experiences as a Support Worker (amongst my neurodivergent peers) alongside my life goals. And in a way that aligns with the broader community – by sharing said knowledge & experience.

Granted, this was something that was growing in the background for around four years, since before my official diagnosis in March, 2022. Once I recognised the things along the way which helped me find my feet, with my own self-discovery – I realised how I could transform the journey into a positive experience for others suffering similarly, too.

If you're after Support Work services from a lived experience perspective, I'd be more than happy to oblige! Located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, and willing to travel to surrounding suburbs.

Support Services

I'm dedicated to my clients and am offering independent support in order to offer a diverse & unique scope of skills – targeted to understanding each individual's needs & experiences. Then adjusting helpful supporting methods accordingly, and where appropriate.

I also work casually through Support Agencies, which offer me unique resources in order to upskill my care & support.

I offer an open-minded & non judgemental approach to all my clients, whilst also coming with a host of experience as someone living with a disability & navigating the NDIS systems from both a support worker and participant, perspective.

Bess Life ND. is dedicated to growing alongside the community, utilising ideas & inspiration (from within the community in order to help us all thrive as a whole), and in unison.

We'll attempt to leave no warrior behind, as we collectively battle our way through our internal wars with ourselves.
